What is your turn around time?
Custom portraits usually take 2-3 weeks depending on the size and detail and where you are on my order list. smaller items like stickers and bookmarks, are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. if you need something by a specific date, just reach out! I'll do my best to make it happen!
Do you accept returns or refunds?
because each piece is handmade and often personalized, i do not accept returns on custom orders, if something arrives damaged or you're unhappy, please contact me and we'll work out a solution. for non-custom items (stickers, bookmarks) i accept returns within 14 days if unused.
how do I order a custom portrait?
Simply select the custom portrait option from my shop, choose your size and upload your photo, you can choose up to 10 photos. You'll get an email from me confirming your details and I'll keep you updated on your piece.
What makes your art so specail?
Every piece is hand painted by me, if its digital, watercolor, pencil, acrylic. my goal is to capture personality, warmth and memories. whether it's through a tiny sticker or a big wall portrait. it's not just art. it's a keepsake made with love.
Can you use multiple photos?
Yes! I absolutely can! if you want a family photo together but only have separate photos of everyone? I can still create a beautiful family painting! please just send over photos that are clear and full body. if you have a family photo but want to use a different background, please send over both photos! once I receive the photos I will email you to get more details of each photo you sent over!
